1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GamePlay ("the Service") at gameplay-brain-tests.vercel.app, operated by NASA2 LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GamePlay provides online psychological assessments, personality quizzes, and interactive brain games for informational and entertainment purposes only. Test results are algorithmic estimates based on self-reported answers. They do not constitute professional psychological, medical, psychiatric, or career advice and must not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional.

3. User Accounts

You may register for an account using a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. NASA2 LLC reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

One-time unlock: $0.99 USD grants access to a full report for one test session.
Pro subscription: $10.00 USD/month grants unlimited full reports and access to all premium content.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. NASA2 LLC does not store your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial-month refunds are issued. To cancel, contact us at info@corpads.org.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the content, all purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) copy, scrape, or redistribute test content; (b) attempt to circumvent payment requirements; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) impersonate another person or entity; (e) transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, test materials, questions, game designs, scoring algorithms, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of NASA2 LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. NASA2 LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NASA2 LLC and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Yerevan, Armenia. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

1. Who We Are

NASA2 LLC ("we", "our", "us") operates GamePlay at gameplay-brain-tests.vercel.app. We are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. For questions, contact us at info@corpads.org.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: When you register, we collect your email address and a securely hashed version of your password (we never store your password in plain text).
Payment data: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. We receive only a customer ID and subscription status — your card number, CVV, and full billing details are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Usage data: We do not track individual test responses or results on our servers. All test data is processed in your browser and is not stored beyond your session unless you are logged in.
Contact data: If you contact us via the contact form, we collect your name, email, and message content for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
Technical data: Our hosting provider (Vercel) may collect standard server logs including IP addresses and request timestamps as part of normal infrastructure operation.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain your account and subscription
• To process payments and send transaction confirmations
• To respond to your support and contact requests
• To send important service updates (e.g., changes to terms or pricing)
• To prevent fraud and ensure platform security
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your account data (email and hashed password) is stored in a Redis database hosted by Upstash on secure cloud infrastructure. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. We apply industry-standard security practices; however, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
• Vercel — hosting and serverless infrastructure (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Upstash — database storage (upstash.com/trust/privacy.pdf)
• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy)
• Resend — transactional email (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy)

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser localStorage to store your session token (JWT) after login. This is strictly necessary for the Service to function and is not used for tracking or advertising. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Contact information from form submissions is retained for up to 12 months.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Request deletion of your account and data

4. Third-Party Cookies

When you proceed to payment via Stripe Checkout, you are redirected to Stripe's secure payment page (stripe.com), which may set its own cookies governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy. We have no control over these cookies. Our own pages do not load any Stripe scripts that set cookies.

5. Your Choices

Accept All: Allows all essential storage as described above (our site does not use non-essential cookies, so "Accept All" and "Essential only" have the same practical effect).

Essential only: The site will function normally. We use only the essential storage items listed in Section 3.

Browser settings: You can clear localStorage at any time via your browser's developer tools or privacy settings. Clearing gameplay_token will log you out. Most browsers also allow you to block all local storage, but this will prevent login from working.
